Dr. Breburda is a noninvasive, heart failure care, preventive cardiologist and a specialist for cardiovascular imaging and nuclear cardiology. He trained at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, and UCSF. He directed echocardiography laboratories at Thorax Center, Erasmus University Netherlands, Phillips University Germany, University of Wisconsin Madison, Ochsner Clinic, and Maricopa Medical Center. Dr. Breburda previously served as attending cardiologist at Banner University Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Medical Center, and Arizona Heart Institute. He is the past president and governor of the American College of Cardiology (ACC), past chair of cardiovascular imaging section ACC, clinical professor of medicine at University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix, and Professor of Medicine at Creighton University Medical School. He is board certified in cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and the American Society of Echocardiography (FASE).
